Mehr Traditional Hotel is a 3-star budget hotel in the city of Yazd. The hotel dates back 200 years ago (during the Qajar era). It was an old house known as Zargar Yazdi House. Today, it has turned into a traditional hotel with modern facilities. The Mehr Traditional Hotel is the first big traditional hotel in the city of Yazd. It has two yards, tall wind catchers, a large hall, and the rooftop with the greatest view of the historical city of Yazd. The Yazd Mehr Hotel is the only hotel in Iran which has received an award from the UNESCO Organization. The hotel is also the second hotel in Iran which has received the Quality Certificate from the SGS Institute.
